Barrel Purchase Disclaimer

Barrels Unlimited has made every effort to make sure your barrel is ready for filling, however, it is the responsibility of the distiller or winemaker as the final judge of whether to fill a barrel or not. You must let Barrels Unlimited know within 72 hours of the arrival of any barrel you have rejected. We will either refund or replace the barrel at our discretion. All barrels should be filled as soon as possible after arrival and if not, should be kept moist as not to dry out. We will not be responsible for dry barrels as all barrels are pressure tested for leaks and shipped hydrated and ready to fill on arrival.

Spigots and Barrel Stand Return Policy

Barrels Unlimited will accept returns of spigots and barrel stands within 30 days of purchase, if the merchandise is unused and not damaged. The merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Half Barrel Planter Disclaimer

Oak Half Planters must be kept hydrated to prevent the stave from shrinking and falling apart. Barrels Unlimited will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If planter arrives in loose or damaged condition it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Barrels Unlimited immediately upon delivery.
